There is not easy way to loose belly fat, no matter what some say. You need to increase exercise and reduce calories intake. In this article we give you some tips that might help you achieve your goal.
- An extra advantage to exercising is that it reduces anxiety and insulin levels, and results to lowest levels of cortisol, a hormone that increase belly fat deposits.
- Given that cortisol leads to extra belly fat, and cortisol is correlated with stress, everything you do to limit pressure in your life will also indirectly limit belly fat.
- How your body distributes fat is mainly beyond control. What is in your rule is your level of overall body fat. Keep that low and it won't really matter where the fat goes
- A lot of women begin gaining more weight as they get older, particularly after menopause. The body fat distribution changes. Less fat goes to the arms, legs and hips, and more to the belly.
- For home resistance training, you can lift anything heavy, or you can utilize gravity as resistance. For example pull ups and push ups.
- Having motivation problems regarding exercise? Talk with friends and family.
- A clever way to burn additional fat is to walk in all places within a rational distance, instead of use the car.
- Eat slighter dinners. In general eat at least one hour before you go to sleep.
- You like sweets? Replace artificial sugar with fruits. The fruits glucose is digested in a different way than the white sugar. Fiber is also very beneficial.
- Snacking is most of the times due to a craving, rather than hunger. When you feel like that do something else, e.g. go for a walk.
