Aerobic exercise

Aerobic exercise is the key to unlock the belly fat riddle. It will ease fat loss all over your body, as well as your belly. There is no way to "spot-loose" belly fat, but in general is the primary to burn off due to physical activity, despite of your body shape or size. Reduce calories

Reduce your calorie eating, and change certain food types with others. Unless you limit your calorie intake, you are not going to lose any fat, including belly. Many diet plans are available to assist you reduce the extra calories. In general follow below rules:

  • Replace refined grains with whole grains
  • Eat monounsaturated fats instead of trans
  • Increase the fiber intake. That means to eat more vegetables.

Motivate yourself

Understand the risks associated with belly fat. Losing belly fat is not only cosmetic. There are a lot health issues linked with increased belly fat. Belly fat is related with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and cancer.
