Oil of peppermint and lemon

You will need

1 / 2 cup almond oil

2 tbsp chopped lemon peel

2 tbsp mint (fresh)

2-3 dried eucalyptus leaves

2 tbsp Calendula oil

Properties

The almond oil is emollient and moisturizer, mint and eucalyptus help to penetrate the product, while also tightens the skin. Finally, oil calendula heals the mikroamyches you might have your hands.

Implementation: Put the oil in a jar, add in all remaining ingredients and let the mixture in the closet for 15 days. After filtering with tulle store it in a bottle.

Application: Stretch your hands on the oil and massage until the product is absorbed. Wear cotton gloves for at least 1-2 hours. Then, rinse with a mild soap and out again in a few drops of moisture from the same oil.

Tip: For more effective treatment, wrap your hands with plastic wrap and cook wore gloves all night. This oil is excellent for soothing after waxing the legs. Adding even, 5-10 drops of essential oil of lavender or thyme, it is antiseptic.

Mask with Avocado and honey

You will need

1 ripe avocado

1 tsp honey

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp yoghurt

Properties

The avocado is full of nourishing oils, vitamins and minerals and is indicated for the treatment of dry and dehydrated skin. It also has anti-aging properties that give life to tired skin. Yoghurt, a natural source of lactose, protein, vitamins and minerals, increases moisture levels in the upper layers of the skin soothing directly to areas of intense dryness. Finally, lemon provides antioxidant protection and whitens the skin.

The implementation and application: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Stretch your hands on the mask and let it act for 30 minutes. Then rinse your hands with mild soap and put on some moisturizing drops of oil from grains of wheat or sunflower.

Lotion with olive oil

Properties

It is highly emollient and protects hands from dryness and cracking, while removes dead skin cells by gently exfoliating, giving the skin a uniform color and softness. You can use the lotion daily.

You will need

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

The performance: Mix the oil well with the lemon juice, let the mixture to act for 20 minutes in your hands, then rinse thoroughly.
