Even though human body has many barriers against infections and various types of immune response to invading pathogens and cancer cells, unfortunately many times loose the battle. What you can do to improve your immune system?

Stop eating sugar

Scientific studies have shown that the immune system is suppressed to 90% for at least 15 minutes after eating sugar. This reduction lasts 2 hours, thus we are more vulnerable to infections, inflammations and infections.

Stop deprivation diets

You need calories to create antibodies that will keep a solid defense when microbes invade your body. When calorie intake drops, then the priority of the organization is to keep your heart and your lungs to function. So, your immune system works poorly.

Sleep 8 hours!

Research conducted by the University of Houston showed that women who exercised moderately or 5 times a week or heavily once a week are 33% less likely to get a flu compared with those who do not exercise.
