There are foods that make your skin more beautiful, bright and healthy? No, this is not another "diet myth, but a proven fact. There are actually foods that can help a glowing skin and to protect against the signs of time. To achieve the desired results, however, you should eat the following foods on a regular basis rather than occasionally.
- The carrot that never hurts: Grated in a salad, cut into vegetable dishes, even its juice, should be included in your daily menu because of the contained carotenes that nourish the skin.
- Do it like Popeye: The favourite vegetable of the cartoon hero should be yours: fresh, gives you more carotenoids than any other leafy vegetable.
- Love Broccoli: provides an excellent combination of antioxidants, vitamin C, folic acid, selenium and other substances that are very beneficial effect on skin tissues.
- Start the day with porridge: It is a rich source of biotin, a substance that prevents many skin disorders. It also acts as antioxidants and indirectly benefit the health of the skin because contributes to good digestion, ensuring better functioning of the stomach and intestine, so the body can easily eliminate the toxins and all the "waste" of food.
- Fruit, fruit cocktail, fruit juice: Almost all fruits contain a smaller or larger quantities, individually or in combination, the ingredients necessary for the health of the skin: antioxidant vitamins C, A and E, folic acid and fiber.
- An avocado to your salad: The scrumptious fruit that the southern countries called the African butter, contains vitamin B6, extremely important for the 'preservation' of the skin and fat to nourish and contribute to skin elasticity.
- Oily fish every day: The famous Hollywood "diet of salmon" has supporters even among serious scientists: as all oily fish, thanks to omega-3 fats, has great effect on improving skin elasticity.
