Add these exercises in your weekly program to obtain the body you always wanted.

Circular exercise

Convert one of the weekly programmes of muscular strength bikini body burning calories in training by adding 1 minute aerobic classes (any kind) between exercises. 

Exercise: Break

Twice a week, make transitions between sprint intervals (during which you breath with difficulty) and moderate rate intervals. Tried to do 8 with 10 pairs of such exercise. 

Cobblestone Surfaces

One to two times a week increased the slope/resistance and tried to step up and down on some "cobblestone surfaces ' of 4-6 minutes.

Distance

At least once a week to make a soft training on complex intensity, duration of 45 minutes to one hour. You can also click Quick hiking, walking or cycling – depended on what do you like. 

Burn fat in the living room

You're home and haven't aerobic machine? By combining a series of high-intensity exercises on a 5 minute training, you can burn up to 10 calories per minute.
